Youth Information Bureau

Established on 10th September 2009 on the basis of a joint project of Russian Culture Centre and the ''Youth Initiative Group'' Association. Later it was also joined by the Union of Students of Russian Schools in Lithuania and '' Austėjos draugai'' public organisation.
